Thur 02 May: Vesperal Liturgy of St Basil the Great 9:00am; Reading of the 12 Passion Gospels 7:00pm

Fri 03 May: Royal Hours of  Great & Holy Friday 9:00am; Vespers of Great & Holy Friday 7:30pm; Reading of the Psalms begins after Vespers

Sat 04 May: Vesperal Liturgy of St Basil the Great 8:00am; Resurrection Matins 8pm

Sunday 05 May: FEAST OF THE RESURRECTION OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

We are a parish comprised of over 80 families. Most of us grew up Orthodox, and most of us have Slavic roots; but our parish also includes a number of converts and other ethnicities that enhance our parish family. We welcome all. In addition to Divine Liturgy on Sunday and services during the week, there is something for everyone at Holy Resurrection:

• A Choir that spiritually and joyfully sings the responses to the liturgy
• Active Senior and Junior chapters of the ACRY
• Sunday School for all children and opportunities for Altar boys
• Successful fund raisers selling delicious traditional baked goods such as nut rolls and braided breads.
• A Social Concerns Committee serving the area with bagged lunches, support for Women’s Shelters, Thanksgiving baskets.
• Social Activities – St. Nicholas Dinner, Church Picnic, Weekly Coffee Socials

Divine Liturgy is 9:30am on Sundays.  A mid-week Divine Liturgy is usually scheduled on

Wednesday moring at 9:30.  Please check the latest Sunday bulletin (found under the media tab) 

for the most up-to-date information.  

Live Streamed Sunday Divine Services from Holy Resurrection are now available on the website.  Look under the Media tab, go to video, and you will find the last five streamed Services.  You can also find us on YouTube, at "HROCMedia"    Live Stream begins approx 9:15am on Sunday mornings.
